The report describes a Long-Line delivered psychological warfare package. The package employs the circling-line phenomena to remotely broadcast from an altitude of 500 feet while the aircraft flies at 3,000 feet above the target. The equipment and techniques are discussed and the results of an intelligibility test are presented. (Author)
