To obtain a mathematical model of a turbo-prop aircraft, a number of flight test campaigns with the NLR Metro II research aircraft have been executed. During the flight tests use was made intensively of dynamic flight test techniques. The analysis of the test data was done applying the NSM (Nonstationary Measurement) technique. Nowadays there is an increasing demand to guarantee specified qualification standards for flight simulators.
