The Federal Aviation Administration is planning to install precision approach aids consisting of a localizer, glide slope, middle marker, and outer marker to serve the municipal airport at Kenai, Alaska, Kenai Peninsula Vorough. The outer marker will be located within the boundaries of the Kenai National Moose Range. There is a possibility that the animals in the immediate vicinity of the construction activity will temporarily migrate out of the area.
