International, federal, and state (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware) laws that might have a bearing on the establishment and operation of the Delaware Valley Industrial Wasteline were reviewed to identify any areas of potential legal conflict affecting its institution so that appropiate steps could be taken to forestall these conflicts.
