This report analyzes the potential environmental affects and consequences for conducting up to 48 annual flight tests by one of a kind research aircraft that would use scramjet engines to fly at altitudes up to 264, 000 feet above sea level. These flights would reach speeds faster than the speed of sound and land at Edwards Air Force Base, California.
