An evaluation of contractor-developed prototype field test kits for the quality control of Titan II fuels and oxidizer is presented. Operational problems encountered and recommendations for their solution are described. Logistics requirements including personnel training, facilities, safety, and a stock of chemicals for a fixed or movable test facility are discussed. (Author)
