The action is a proposed sale of 89 acres of waterfront land, for industrial and public port purposes, adjacent to Lower Monumental Lake (Snake River) in Columbia County, Washington. Change in ownership of the land would create no impacts; however, subsequent industrial development would alter existing site conditions in various ways depending upon the types of industry which may use the site.
