The project was concerned with the evaluation, planning and design of demand responsive 'Dial-A-Ride' transportation systems. This report summarizes work on the technical, economic, social, political and institutional implications of the Dial-A-Ride system, a door-to-door public transportation service without fixed routes of schedules.
