The report contains an assessment of existing port infrastructure related to United States-Mexico trade, planned infrastructure improvements, an identification of current trade and transportation flows, and an assessment of emerging trade corridors. It is a first step in the development of a more comprehensive understanding of trade and traffic flows in North America.
