Twenty pairs of standard rockets and 29 pairs of modified rockets (with MK-1 heads) were fired at a ground target. Also, one 10 round-ripple of standard and three 10-round ripples of modified rockets were fired. Nominal test conditions were with helicopter airspeed of 110 knots, altitude of 250 meters, and slant range of 1000 meters. Results indicated angular accuracy improvements of 7 to 40 percent for the modified rocket configurations. (Author)
