The report describes the proposed highway improvements involve the construction of a highway segment, designated Nebraska No. 25, between U. S. Highway 34 at Trenton, and the junction of U. S. Highway No. 6 and Nebraska Highway No. 25 south of Hayes Center; and the reconstruction or relocation of Nebraska Highway No. 25 between Hayes Center and Nebraska Highway No. 23 between Grainton and Dickens. The adverse environmental effects are relocation impacts on wildlife, some water pollution, utilities which may require adjustments, and severance of property units. (Author)
