A parametric trade-off study has been conducted, the results of which are intended for use in the design of a full size Anti-Ship Missile Defense tow target. The effects of various configuration parameters on such target characteristics as drag, stability, space for equipment, and visibility were determined; the resulting relationships are discussed and shown by means of working equations and/or plots in this report.
