This Lecture Series No. 104 on the subject of Parameter Identification is sponsored by the Flight Mechanics Panel of AGARD and implemented by consultant and Exchange Programme. The aim of this Lecture Series is to review the present state of the art of Aircraft Parameter Identification Techniques and to provide a critical appraisal of current methods developed and applied to the problems of Analysis of Flight Test Data in a number of NATO countries. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical aspects of Aircraft Parameter Estimation to generate information useful for the Flight Test Engineer.
