The Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation (PATH), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, proposes to increase its present 30 cents per ride fare to 50 cents per ride for its passenger service between Newark, N.J., and New York City, N.Y., and all intermediate stations. Environmental impacts are discussed.
