Based on the results of the Phase I Study, a decision was reached to develop facilities required for exportation of ore from Gabon at the site located between the Port of Owendo and the proposed Port Ilot in the Gabon Estuary. The Phase II report outlines a Master Plan for staged development of the mineral port at the selected site, and prepares financial analyses for establishing the tariffs required to defray the capital and annual costs entailed in the construction, operation and maintenance of the Port. Advice as to the possible sources of funds for implementation of the Project is also presented.
