In the decade of the 1960's, America has seen a resurgence of interest in walking, bicycling, and other modes of travel which use trails. Because literature dealing with off-road travel modes and facilities is scattered and difficult of access, this bibliography on 'Bicycling and Bicycle Trails' was prepared by the Department of the Interior's Office of Library Services for the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation.
