This report, conducted by Traffic Control Incorporated, was funded by The U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The objective of this project is to solve Lima's heavy traffic problem and improve conditions by reducing road congestion and increasing vehicular flow speeds. The study aims to define a modern computerized centralized signalling system, determine the roads that would benefit from inclusion to the system, determine the investment required and to propose the basis to establish a municipal body to manage the system.
