The report describes the proposal for constructing a 24' high type pavement on a minimum of 250' of right-of-way for an ultimate divided 4-lane depressed median highway with eventual full control of access. The environmental impact and adverse environmental effects include the following: it provides a safe and efficient transportation facility to accommodate present and future traffic needs of the area; the impact on wildlife, water, noise level or air pollution is not expected to be significant; and it removes approximately 400 acres of land from its present use, and also requires the removal of several improvements.
