A brief description is provided of NASA's aeroelastic stability and control computer program - FLEXSTAB. Information is provided to aid potential users in evaluating possible use of FLEXSTAB. A summary of the program's capabilities, the scope and limitations of its formulation, and a description of its documentation are provided. Computer program hardware and software requirements and recent user experience are also discussed. (Author)
