The project consists of U S highway 36 improvements in Hendricks County (Indiana), for the purpose of the relief of traffic congestion. Beneficial effects expected are improved highway transportation. Unavoidable permanent effects would be the relocation of several families and businesses. Temporary adverse effects would be noise pollution.
