Ext-Kernel is an expert-system development-support tool designed to facilitate the transfer of specialized knowledge in various fields from human experts into computer-based systems capable of providing similar consultation capabilities. It consists of tools to support entry of expert knowledge, and to debug and explain the inference to the user, implementing an efficient and easy-to-use system.
