The satellite orbit predictor is a graphical aid for determining the relationship between the satellite (SARSAT or COSPAS) orbit, antenna coverage of the spacecraft and coverage of the local user terminals (LUT's). The predictor allows the user to quickly visualize if a selected position will probably be detected and is composed of a base map and a satellite track overlay for each satellite. This volume contains a table of equator crossings for each satellite covering the period from October 16, 1987 to April 15, 1988.
