Section 29 contains detailed writeups of the programs used to assign aircraft and selected routes to satisfy passenger and cargo demand at minimum social and economic cost. Section 30 describes the Airport Access program which is used to evaluate the access characteristics of existing or proposed terminals. Section 31 describes the Daily Traffic Assignment Model (DTAM) which determines the optimal allocation of aircraft and routings. Section 32 describes the Integer Seeking program which converts fractional aircraft output of the DTAM to integer quantities. Section 33 covers the Route Retrieval program which matches the routing output of Integer Seeking with the routes generated by the Route Selection program. Finally, Section 34 describes the Cargo Assignment program which assigns cargo demand to previously scheduled passenger flights. (Author)
