The project proposes construction of the Milwaukee to Green Bay Interstate Highway, (Saukville to Bellevue Section) 82 miles beginning in the south at the Ozaukee Interchange near Saukville in Ozaukee County; then northeasterly 31 miles (over presently approved highway 141 Freeway location) to the highway 42 Interchange in Sheboygan County; then northeasterly 20 miles (in a mile wide corridor parallel to highway 141) to highway 151 at Manitowoc; then northwesterly 31 miles to the proposed Bellevue Interchange Area, about 2 miles south of the City of Green Bay in Brown County, Wisconsin. The above location is graphically displayed as Corridor G in a dashed orange color on map figure 4-2. Discussion of environmental impacts include: Regional economics; Natural resources; Transportation system and Right of way acquisition.
