During the last fifteen years the Delft Shiphydromechanics Laboratory has carried out seakeeping tests with a number of different ships. These activities started after the International Towing Tank Conference in 1963 which recommended to carry out accurate full scale data under conditions suitable for analysis to be used for correlation with model tests.
