The report recommends a set of coordinated land use and transportation policies for the San Francisco Bay Area's most frequently visited coastal area. The policies were developed on the basis of a corridor evaluation jointly undertaken by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Association of Bay Area Governments, the region's comprehensive planning agency.
