Item No. 75008 provides data on the magnitude and frequency of occurrence of vertical and lateral load factors obtained during ground operations of fixed wing aircraft. Where possible the data are presented in terms of discrete ground operations, i.e. preflight and post flight taxi, take-off and landing run. The type of data provided will enable the designer to make an estimate of the loads an aircraft occurring during ground operations. A spectrum of fatigue loads, for ground operations, could be obtained which would either be used as part of a coupon fatigue test (e.g. an undercarriage leg) or as part of a complete aircraft fatigue test (e.g. part of the ground to air cycle).
