The project, a segment of I-90 between Hardin, Montana and Sheridan, Wyoming, extends 22.7 miles southerly to the Montana-Wyoming Border. The present travelled way, U.S. 87, will be left in place to serve local traffic west of the Interstate. The project will provide a fast, safe and efficient transportation facility. The character of the area should not be significantly altered, and no persons or families will be displaced.
