Two model supercavitating propellers were characterized over a range of cavitation numbers and advance coefficients. The results of these characterizations are presented in curves and tabular form. The propeller performance as predicted from these experiments is compared to design prediction. It was found that one of the propellers would reach 95 percent of design speed at design rpm whereas the other propeller would reach 109 percent of its design speed at design rpm. (Author)
