This program was initiated by the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory to demonstrate the flexible exit cone omniaxis movable nozzle concept by rocket motor testing. Program objectives are as follows: develop flexible exit cone design and criteria, perform a TVC system comparison, and demonstrate the flexible exit cone nozzle performance on four AFRPL 36 in. diameter char motor static tests with vectoring.
