Operational tests of three types of jammers were carried out at the Chesapeake Bay Annex of the Naval Research Laboratory. The jammers were tested for the purpose of determining their effectiveness when used to screen ships. All observations of the jamming were made on the radars located at the annex. Those tests were made in conjunction with the propagation tests conducted by the Consultant Section of the laboratory. Previous tests have been reported in reference (c).
