The report shows how to use Critical Path Method network theory to point out the bottle-necks in the existing goods-transportation system, including harbor terminals. The flow of Information, Documents and Goods through the transportation system is analyzed. When all activities necessary to maintain this flow are on Critical Paths in the Network, the terminal activities are fully coordinated within the transportation system.
