The report is an analysis of airport system alternatives which were not included in the Phase I capacity work. Certain assumptions as to future runway utilization, aircraft types and loadings, and airport use were necessary for this study effort. Other possible combinations of these factors not included in the report may be added later. The fast-time method of analysis and the assumptions which were used represent a valid means of description.
