This report consists of two parts. Part I describes the development of novel analytical methods needed to predict the BOM performance and the subsequent performance degradation of the mutually obstructing RTGs mounted near each other on the Mariner/Mark-2 spacecraft for the CRAF, Cassini, and subsequent missions. Part II applies those methods to the two missions, presents the resultant power predictions, and discusses their programmatic implications.
