The report describes the proposed reconstruction of M-59 to five lanes with curb and gutter and enclosed drainage, from the proposed M-275 freeway easterly 4.4 miles to Williams Lake Road; Oakland County, Michigan. Adverse and beneficial environmental effects are discussed.
