This study, written by Keystone Industries, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. It details a study undertaken to determine the feasibility of using hydraulic cushioning devices on operation freight cars of the Russian Railway System, and also details the steps needed to establish a joint venture project in the Russian Republic for the manufacturing of these devices. It is estimated that this project will produce $10-15 million in U.S. exports, including machine tools, computers and testing equipment.
