A study to identify the optimum inclination for a satellite when the satellite is inclination non-sensitive and is to be retrieved is reported. This inclination is such that it provides an opportunity for a retrieval flight at least once each day with minimal on-orbit phasing requirements and minimal ascent performance losses. (Author)
