The proposal is to widen a section of Interstate 5 to six lanes and to revise two interchanges in Clackamas and Washington Counties, Oregon. The environmental impacts will be disruption of present modes of commercial and residential traffic patterns, disruption of native vegetation, and sixty properties involved in right-of-way acquisition: 18 residential units including 6 mobile homes, and 2 commercial units.
