Measures to be taken to destroy the rocket engines of Basic Hawk Missiles were investigated. A test destruction was carried out at an infantry shooting range, supported by several measurements. The results of these measurements as well as the conclusions of the investigation are discussed. Advice is given on the method to be followed and the safety measures to be taken.
