The Southern African Development Coordination Conference (SADCC) identifies and arranges funding sources for regional development projects. The sectoral report identifies and discusses funding needs and procurement requirements of projects in southern Africa in the following sectors: Civil Aviation; Meteorology; Postal Services; Telecommunications; and Transportation. SADCC member states include Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
