This study, conducted by AAROTECH, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The study looks at the expansion and modernization of El Salvador International Airport to fill the future needs of the airport over the next 20 years. The objective is to facilitate the efficient and orderly development of the airport with the goal of meeting aviation demand in a financially and environmentally feasible manner. This is TDA's Volume III of a four volume set (ARROTEC's Volume II), and it continues where the previous volume left off including the following: (5) Development Alternatives; (6) Environmental Analysis; (7) Development Program of the Airport; (8) Institutional and Operational Aspects; (9) Financial and Economic Views; (10) Area of Influence.
