This report contains results of tests performed in an environment of multiple Discrete Address Beacon System (DABS) sensors, one each located at Clementon and Elwood, New Jersey, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Technical Center, Atlantic City Airport, New Jersey. These DABS sensors were tested in various degrees of intersensor communication that ranged from a full network of connected sensors to a fully nonnetted configuration. The multiple DABS sensors were tested in four major areas: network management, surveillance processing, data link processing, and intersensor communications. It is concluded that the performance of the DABS sensors in multisite configurations meets or exceeds the requirements specified in the DABS engineering requirement (FAA-ER-240-26). (Author)
