This program demonstrates various safety techniques to be used in emergency situations for the evacuation of the disabled and mobility impaired using small, urban, rural and specialized transportation services. Emphasis is placed on enhancing the bus operator's driver's ability to be efficient in various emergency preparedness and evacuation techniques. Lack of effective communication among bus operators drivers, passengers and transit company management has led to drivers safety problems. Demonstrates proactive techniques that the bus operators/drivers may employ to stabilize the situations until emergency personnel arrive at the scene.
