A final report is made with the following primary objectives: To estimate the future demand for air transportation on a regional, multi-state basis for successive time periods over the next 20 years, and to develop facts which can be used by the Commission as a basis for taking positive action to encourage additional scheduled air carrier services within the region. This action may be taken either through direct appeal to the carriers or through CAB adequacy of service investigations.
