The Intercity Transportation Effectiveness Model approximates the mix of aircraft, routes, schedules, and terminal facilities that satisfy intercity air-carrier passenger and terminal facilities that satisfy intercity air-carrier passenger and cargo demand at minimum social (time) and economic cost. The model is capable of providing demand forecasts and evaluating the associated impacts on required facilities; of evaluating alternative fleet mixes, terminal facilities, and/or network configurations; and of comparing results obtained under certain assumptions of maximization of profit or minimization of social costs. This volume contains the supplement to the final report. (Author)
