The objective of this study is to analyze the combined motor vehicle crash data from the Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) with the Claritas geo-demographic database from the lifestyle perspective to determine the appropriate media to use in developing crash prevention programs. This effort focuses on motorcycle drivers involved in fatal crashes to illustrate the approach for identifying relationships between crash data and diverse lifestyle information.
