The construction of a small boat harbor in Agana Bay to meet both recreational and subsistence-type fishing needs for the Agana tributary area consists of a revetted mole, two breakwaters, a wave absorber, and navigation channels. Local intersts will provide necessary berthing, onshore, and related facilities. Environmental impacts are discussed. (Author)
