An operations plan to conduct an experiment for an airborne radiation experiment involving an RFF, DC-6 aircraft during the Apollo 14 launch is outlined. It consisted of 4 parts as follows: cloud altitude and temperature infrared radiometry experiment, radiometric determination of free air temperature, thermal structure of Saturn exhause plume by extended exposure response film, and weather surveillance.
