The report discusses the continuation of the Traffic Data Collection project at The Pennsylvania State University. It describes the equipment that was purchased, the computer systems that were selected, and the data reduction software that was used. The report also includes a discussion of the procedure that was used to evaluate the project, statistics on the types of traffic studies that were done, and comments on the project by the participating transportation agencies. A benefit/cost ratio of 1.14 to 1.0 was determined for the project.
