A class of linear final value control systems is considered. It is shown that for this class of systems a fundamental matrix for the equations describing the closed-loop, final-value control system can be written in a closed form in terms of the transition matrix of the controlled system (plant). Examples include the Titan III Flight Plan I pitch-steering control law, and a class of minimum-energy, final value control systems. (Author)
